Shipping:
- Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $99 and over! Shipping for orders under $99 is based on weight. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business Days due to high order volume.
- Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed (Ex. Weekends) the NEXT business day.
- FREE local pickup is available in Carthage, MO (please select Pick Up at Checkout)
Returns:
- MOTIS & Co Boutique does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit (in the form of an Egiftcard) or we can do exchanges if the item is available.
- You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit (Egiftcard).
- Store credit (Egiftcard) never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note that the Egiftcard does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering it in the discount/giftcard box at the checkout.
- All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
- ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, ACCESSORIES, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- Items purchased using discount codes of 25% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.
- ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
Instructions for Return:
- You can start the return/exchange process by contacting us at support@motisandco.com
- After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you at you expense. We do not provide a return shipping label.
- Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your Egiftcard code within 3-5 business days.
- Please note Motis & Co Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
Exchanges:
Items are NOT eligible for exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:
- Final sale item / ineligible item

- Item has been worn, washed or damaged
- Same item unavailable in desired size
- Items may only be exchanged for the same item; if your desired size is unavailable, please review our Return Policy above to see if the item is eligible to return for store credit.
